Release date 12 August
This release adds an optional Progress Details field in all Report Builder reports that focus on courses and learning paths.
This enhancement provides a simpler and clearer way to track learner progress details, improving reporting consistency and reducing manual interpretation. By showing one business-friendly status instead of several technical report fields, admins can more easily identify learner progress, overdue items, and exception-based completions.
The field will be added to the following reports:
- Courses Report
- Courses All Time Report
- Learning paths Report
- Learning paths All Time Report
- Courses Due Date Report
- Courses Exception Report
- Courses Duration Report
- Courses Exclude Users From Assignment Rules Report
- Learning paths Due Date Report
- Learning paths Exception Report
- Learning paths Exclude Users From Assignment Rules Report
- Learning paths Courses Users Info Report
- Both the “Course progress details” and “Learning path progress details” fields added
The field shows one of the following values:
- Completed by equivalency
- Completed by admin
- Completed - overdue
- Completed - on time
- Overdue
- In progress
- Not started
