This release adds a new section with all new reports in the Report Builder focusing on Skills. growth, and support talent development decisions.
Only admins or users with “Report builder” and “Assess team members' skills” permissions will have access to these new reports.

Skills Assessment Report — This report is an enhancement of the existing Manual Assessments Report, which is replaces. The report will now cover the following:
- Assessment from Managers
- Assessments from Online Training
- Self-assessments
- Jobs Mapped With Skills Report — Shows which skills are mapped to jobs, helping teams understand the skill expectations connected to each role. Gives administrators a practical way to review role-based skill requirements and support job architecture, development planning, and reporting conversations. Only available to admins
- Courses Mapped With Skills Report — Shows which courses are connected to skills, making it easier to see how learning content supports skill development. Helps to clarify whether their learning catalog supports the skills they expect employees to build. Only available to admins
- Skill Scores Per User Report — Provides user-level reporting on skill scores so teams can review how individual users are progressing against skills. Supports clearer visibility into strengths, gaps, and development needs across learners or employee groups.
- Job Strength Per User Report — Provides reporting on job strength per user, showing how strongly a user aligns with the skills expected for a job. Helps customers evaluate readiness, identify areas for
