When you're browsing Events in the Catalog or on your My Training page, watch for the Available Offers indicator on an Event card. It tells you, at a glance, that the event still has at least one upcoming offer open for you to register in — even if you're already registered in, or have completed, another offer within that same event.
Recognizing the Available Offers Indicator
The Available Offers indicator appears on an Event card whenever at least one upcoming offer for that event is open for registration. It applies to every event type, no matter how attendance for that event is structured, so you'll see it consistently whether the event runs on a single offer or offers several sessions to choose from.
Where You Will See the Indicator
This indicator isn't limited to one page. You'll find it wherever Event cards appear, across both the Catalog and My Training:
- The Catalog
- The Overview stream for Upcoming Events on My Training
- The In Progress pages, including the main In Progress page and the expanded view inside it
- The Completed pages, including the main Completed page and the expanded view inside it
Understanding Where It Does Not Appear
The Available Offers indicator shows on the Event card itself and on the event's own Quickview, when that Quickview covers the event as a whole. It does not appear on the Quickview for an individual offer within the event — so if you open the details for one specific offer, you won't see this indicator there.
What This Means for You
If you see the Available Offers indicator on an Event card, don't assume you're finished with that event just because you're already registered in, or have completed, one of its offers. Select the card, or open its Quickview, to see the offer that's still available and register in it.
