This guide explains how to prevent your academy's users from changing their own password directly within their Schoox account settings.
When to Restrict Password Changes
If your academy manages user accounts through an external system — for example, an outside identity or HR platform that creates and manages logins for your users — you may not want your users to be able to update their password from inside Schoox as well.
Requesting This Restriction
Contact Schoox Support to request that the ability to change passwords be turned off for your academy's users. Once this is applied, the password option will no longer be available to your users under their personal account Settings.
This restriction applies at the academy level, so it affects all of your academy's users once enabled.
