Compare Training helps you review how courses, learning paths, and exams are performing across your organizational structure. Each type of training has its own sub-tab with summary statistics, filters, sorting, and a card for every item, so you can find the training you need and then open it for a unit-by-unit view.
Who Can Use Compare Training
Compare Training is available to admins, training managers, and users whose job or custom role includes Reporting permission.
Opening Compare Training
- Open the Training dashboard (Team Workspace > My Team Dashboard > Training).
- Select the Compare Training tab.
- Select the Courses, Learning paths, or Exams sub-tab, depending on the type of training you want to review.
The Compare Training tab is the last tab in the Training dashboard.
Reviewing Courses
The Courses sub-tab lists every active and archived academy and external course that you can see.
Course Statistics
These statistics appear at the top of the page and update when you apply filters:
- Total courses
- Average rating
- Purchased courses
Course Filters
- Category type
- Categories — users with a job see only the categories they have at least Read Access to, based on category permissions
- State — Active or Archived
- Visibility — Public or Private
- Objectives — Compliance
- Preferences — Featured shows only promoted items and is unchecked by default
Sorting and Loading More Courses
Sort the list alphabetically or by creation date.
The list shows 10 courses at a time. Select Load more to show the next 10.
Course Cards
Each course card shows:
- Course title
- Thumbnail
- Private tag, if the course is private
- Number of steps
- Number of enrolled learners
- Completion rate
- Creation date
- Average rating, if the course has one

- Total learning paths

Opening a Course, Learning Path, or Exam
Select a card to open the details page for that course, learning path, or exam. The details page has two views, a Unit list and an Above unit list.
