Questionnaires help you obtain organized feedback from participants. Whereas polls address trends across an audience, questionnaires help administrators and instructors find areas to better the experience.
Event questionnaires can be automatically assigned after the event and can be set up so that each attendee will need to complete theirs in order to complete the event.
Note: You will first need to have questionnaires enabled in your academy.
Reviewing Results
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin for all Training Administration options.
Select Manage Training and then select In-Class Events.
If you are searching for a virtual event, select Virtual Events from the available options.
After selecting the desired session from the list, navigate to the left-hand panel and click Manage Questionnaires.
Then, within the Manage Questionnaires page, click the Questionnaire Results icon located to the right of the Manage Questionnaire button.
The results are displayed in two available tabs: By Question and By Respondent.
In the By Question tab, you can review the questionnaire results organized by individual question.
The results will appear, showing how each option in close-ended question compares to the others. Select More Details to see how each participant answered. Open-ended answers will also be displayed, along with the answer's author.
In the By Respondent tab, you can review the questionnaire results organized by respondent.
On both pages, you can narrow down the results by applying filters located at the top of the page. Available filters include Above Unit Types, Above Units, Units, and Jobs.
