Adding a Questionnaire to an Event

Questionnaires help you obtain organized feedback from participants. Whereas polls address trends across an audience, questionnaires help administrators and instructors find areas to better the experience.

Event questionnaires can be automatically assigned after the event, and can be set up so that each attendee will need to complete theirs in order to complete the event.

Note: You will first need to have questionnaires enabled in your academy.

Adding a Questionnaire

In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.

When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin for all Training Administration options.

Select Manage Training and then select Virtual Events.

If the event in question is an In-Class event, select that instead.

After selecting the specific session from the list, select Manage Questionnaires on the right.

Select Create Questionnaire.

Setting Up the Questionnaire

Give the questionnaire a title and description. It is also recommended to set an expiration date for the questionnaire. Lastly, if you want the questionnaire to be required in order to complete the event, be sure to check that option.
