Removing Licenses from Academy Members

If you are an administrator and have bought a subscription plan, you can then allocate and remove licenses to the members of your academy.

To remove a license, select the Training Admin Workspace and then select External Courses -> Licenses in the left navigation bar.

Here, you can see all your current subscriptions, their expiration date, and the total quota as well as the used quota. Select the Remove tab on the top, then the Subscription you want to remove a license from to start removing the licenses.


By selecting your subscription, you will see a list of your Academy's students. You can allocate licenses by selecting users manually, under Individual subscription. Click the '+' symbol to select the users, then click Unsubscribe.

You can also use the Advanced unsubscribe option to unsubscribe multiple users at once by either an Organizational Template or their Job / (Above) Unit combonation.

Please note that you have the option to remove a license from a user and then re-allocate it to another user.
