Within My Team Dashboard, you can track all goals set up in the Academy. Here you can find who got assigned the goals, the current progress, and which goals have been completed.
Navigation
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Team Workspace.
Select My Team Dashboard -> Development. Then Goals.
Tracking Goals
In the Goals area of My Team Dashboard, you will find three navigation options:
- By supervisor
- Team Goals
- Organizational goals
Table sorting is now available directly within the table instead of a separate dropdown.
By supervisor
This tab is available to Admins, HR managers, and users with a job that has the View and Assign Goals permission.
This tab shows every supervisor -- for Admins and HR managers, this means all Admins and users with the View & assign goal permission, plus HR managers if the "Set team goal" role permission is enabled (Admins and HR managers are shown as supervising the goals they created); for a user with the View & assign goal permission on their own job, this means everyone under their structure who has that permission, based on the View permission setting under your academy's Goals settings.
You can find the following information at a quick glance:
- Supervisors -- the number of supervisors
- Average goals -- the average number of goals per supervisor
- Average completion rate
- You can filter this list by organizational structure and user custom fields
In the list, you can find:
- Supervisor
- Supervised goals, Supervised tasks
- Completions -- the number of supervised goals completed
- Completion rate -- the number of supervised goals completed divided by total supervised goals
- Average progress -- the average progress of the supervised goals
Select the row to learn more about its subject. Select a user's name to reveal a quick view of their profile.
Selecting the user's row allows you to see which goals they have assigned to them, as well as details about any extra content that got added to the goal.
The statistics at the top of a specific supervisor's page now appear as independent boxes: Supervised goals, Supervised tasks, Completions, Completion rate, and Average progress. You can filter by structural and custom fields for assignees, Goal status (Open and Completed are selected by default; Archived is also available), Due date (Overdue/On time), Goal type (Personal/Team/Organizational), and Pillars and areas. The listing includes every goal where the selected user is the creator (excluding personal goals) or the supervisor, and where the assignee's job falls under the logged-in user's structure with View and assign goal permission.
Each goal now also shows: a thumbnail; the goal title; a "Cascaded" label when it's a cascaded goal; a progress bar and percentage; the creator's name; the learner's name (or the org node, for organizational goals); a colored goal status tag (Open in light green, Completed in dark green, Archived in gray); a "Continuous" label when that goal setting is on; an uncolored goal type tag (Personal/Team/Organizational); Assignment date, Due Date, Current value, and Target value, each with an explanatory tooltip; and the unit of measurement, if one is set.
Depending on the goal type and your permissions, you'll also see: a Details button, shown on every goal, which expands or opens a modal showing the goal's tasks and courses, along with its assignment criteria (the creator's job and org node, the assignee's job and org node, and an info icon explaining the goal's "Goal will" setting); a View goal card button, shown when you have manage permission on the goal, which takes you to Team Workspace > Goals > Team goals > the specific goal card; and a Cascaded goals button, shown only on organizational goals that have cascaded goals, which opens a page listing them. The dedicated inside page has been removed for personal goals, team goals, and non-cascaded organizational goals -- selecting the goal title now opens the details modal instead.
Team Goals
Under Team Goals you can find all your Team Goals. You can see the following information at a quick glance:
- Total amount of team goals
- The average completion rate
- Team goals in your Academy
- Who created each goal
- The assignment type of each goal
- Whether it is a continuous goal
- The due date of each goal
- The target value of each goal
The remaining filters are renamed: "Goal State" is now "Goal status," "Goal Due Date" is now "Due date," "Goal Assignment Type" is now "Goal type," and "Pillar & Areas" is now "Pillars and areas." Goal status tags are now colored (Open in light green, Completed in dark green, Archived in gray), and the goal type tag (Personal/Team) is shown without a color. Each goal's details now also include Current value and, if set, Unit of measurement, and Assignment date, Due Date, Current value, and Target value each have an explanatory tooltip.
A Details button opens a modal showing the goal's tasks and courses, along with its assignment criteria (the creator's job and org node, the assignee's job and org node, and an info icon explaining the goal's "Goal will" setting). A View goal card button, shown when you have manage permission on the goal, opens Team Workspace > Goals > Team goals > the specific goal card in a new tab. The dedicated inside page has been removed for personal and team goals.
Organizational goals

Pillars and areas
Goal status tags are color-coded (Open in light green, Completed in dark green, Archived in gray). Each goal's details now also include a "Cascaded" label (for cascading goals), Current value and, if set, Unit of measurement, and Assignment date, Due Date, Current value, and Target value each have an explanatory tooltip.
Click on a specific goal's name to examine it in more detail.
If you click on Cascaded Goals, you will also be able to see the progress of each cascaded goal and which Org Node it is assigned to.
Viewing Cascaded Goals
The cascaded goals page shows the parent organizational goal's card at the top, with the same details described above. The separate learner and creator tables have been removed, and the cascaded goals collapse is now a simple list of the cascaded goals.
