Goals in your academy are categorized using Pillars and Areas. Goals Management must be enabled in your academy.
Only Academy Admins can set up Pillars (the categories of goals) and Areas (the subcategories) for their business.
Enable Pillars
Pillars are not enabled by default.
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Settings.
Select the Development filter type and under Performance, open Goals Management and enable Pillars. Save when finished.
Adding or Editing Pillars
When in the Academy Workspace, select Development Admin.
Select Goals and then select Edit Pillars and Areas.
You can add a new Pillar by selecting the + Add pillar button.
This will open a modal where you can:
Set the pillar’s title
Choose whether to apply this pillar to all goals or only to personal goals
Decide whether to lock the pillar
Once you’ve made your selections, click Save to apply your changes.
Click on the added pillar in order to set its areas. Then, enter the name of the area and click the +Add Area button.
You can also delete or edit a pillar/area by clicking the corresponding icons.
Once all of the Pillars and Areas have been defined, you and your employees can start creating Goals!
