Goals in your academy are categorized using Pillars and Areas. Goals Management must be enabled in your academy.
Only Academy Admins can set up Pillars (the categories of goals) and Areas (the subcategories) for their business.
Enable Pillars
Pillars are not enabled by default.
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Development Admin.
Select Settings and then select Control Panel.
Under Performance Modules, open Goals Management and enable pillars. Save when finished.
Adding or Editing Pillars
When in the Academy Workspace, select Development Admin.
Select Goals and then select Edit Pillars and Areas.
You can add a new Pillar by typing its title and clicking Add.
Click on the added pillar in order to set its areas. You can also delete your pillar/area or edit the title of it by clicking on the relevant icon.
Once all of the Pillars and Areas have been defined, you and your employees can start creating Goals!
