Once you, as an Admin, have selected the skills or skill groups that are relevant to your Academy, you are ready to associate them with specific Jobs.
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Development Admin for all Development Administration options.
Select Skills and then select Map Skills.
Connecting Multiple Skills to One Job
Make sure you are in the Jobs tab. This gives you an overview of all available jobs.
Click on a job to see all mapped skills. Click on Add Skill to manually select one or more skills to connect.
Once you have selected the skills, their skill level, and priority, scroll down and click Map Skills to save.
Connecting Multiple Jobs to One Skill
When in the Academy Workspace, select Development Admin for all Development Administration options.
Select Skills and then select Manage Skills.
From the list, click on the skill you want to connect to multiple jobs and select Map Jobs.
Select the jobs you want to map, scroll down, and save by clicking Yes, map jobs.
