In Schoox, you have three different options for assigning Learning Paths:
- assign Learning Paths to specific team members
- assign Learning Paths to a group of team members based on their job and location
- assign Learning Paths to academy groups (an option available only for Admins and Group Creators)
Please note: Only Admins, Training Managers and Managers with the Assign Training permission enabled can assign a Learning Path. See more under Defining Permissions per Job
Assigning One or More Learning Paths
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Team Workspace.
When in the Team Workspace, select Self-Paced Training and then select Assign Training.
Select the Learning paths tab on top. This gives you a list of available Learning Paths to assign.
You can use the Search functionality and the filters to filter down the learning paths to find the one(s) you are looking for. Click on the checkbox to the left of the learning path to select it.
You can select one learning path, or select multiple to assign them all at once. Click Next to select the users to assign them to.
In the window that appears, check the box next to each appropriate learning path, and select Next.
Proceed to assign individually, by criteria, or by group.
