Currently there is not a way to review all assignments and rules that are in place for training within the academy in a list view or report view. This release will provide a way to export all assignments and their rules, in order to create a streamlined processes for Admins managing training for large enterprise organizations, helping them save time, limit confusion, and ensure the right audiences are getting the appropriate training.
Two reports have been added to the Report Builder — Courses Automated Assignment Rules Report and the Learning Paths Automated Assignment Rules Report.
The fields added in these reports are the following:
- Rule title
- Course / Learning Path name
- Rule state
- Due date selection
- Days due
- Rule creator ID
- Rule creator username
- Rule creator first name
- Rule creator last name
- Rule creator middle initial
- Rule creator email
- Rule creator external ID
- Rule owner external ID
- Rule editor external ID
- Rule status
- Rule type
- Rule ID
- Rule created date/time
- Last edited date/time
- Custom attributes
- Include reactivations
- Unassign when criteria are no longer met
- Send copy to inbox
- preferred content language
- Rule future expiration date
