We understand that adjusting to a new interface can take some time and planning. To ensure a smooth transition, we're providing a variety of resources to help you get comfortable with the new Schoox experience and plan your learner launch:
FAQs: We’ve compiled some frequently asked questions about the new experience for your reference in this article.
In-app Guides: Need quick help within the platform? Look for the in-app guides with the help button in the bottom right corner of your academy. These offer step-by-step instructions to guide you to specific information or actions you need to take.
Training: Additionally, we have created new self-paced training courses that will be available within your Academy. You can find them in the Learner Workspace under Training -> Catalog -> Courses. These courses feature videos, content, links to support your transition and exploration of the new user experience. For a step-by-step guide on how to access these courses and what additional training options are available to all customers, see this document.
Project Planning Tools: The last course in the self-paced training series includes supplemental resources to help you plan your learner launch, including:
-

Job Aids: We've developed job aids, which are customizable templates you can use for end-user communication and training. These can be adapted for learners, managers, or admins, depending on your needs.
Monthly Office Hours: After you have had time to review the courses and resources provided, you will have the opportunity to join an optional “Office Hours” session where you can ask questions about the new experience and review best practices with a facilitator. Your CSM will have a schedule for these “Office Hours” sessions, so you can choose a date and time that work for you and the facilitator will send a Zoom invite directly.
Schoox Community: We recommend all customer admins join our community site where you can connect with other customers and Schoox employees to share tips, best practices, and ask questions about your learner launch strategy. To join, go to community.schoox.com and use your Schoox admin login credentials to register/login to the community.
