Depending on the event type, you will see different management options in the three-dot menu next to an event's offers. For registration-based events, the option will appear as Manage registrants, while for invitation-based events, it will appear as Manage participants.
Manage Registrants
- In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Team Workspace.
- When in the Team Workspace, select Instructor-Led Training.
Locate the registration-based event and its offering.
Click the three-dot menu next to the offer title.
Select Manage registrants.
On this page, you can review the list of registrants, check their status, and perform available management actions.
Through the three-dot vertical menu, you can download a mass registration template, complete it with the required information, and upload it to your event. You also have the option to download an Excel file containing the current attendance data for the event.
Manage Participants
- In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Team Workspace.
- When in the Team Workspace, select Instructor-Led Training.
Locate the invitation-based event and its offering.
Click the three-dot menu next to the offer title.
Select Manage participants.
On this page, you can review the list of users invited to the event, check their invitation status, and perform available management actions.
By selecting the Edit option on a user’s record, you can update their status and set it to either Attended or Absent.
When marking a user as Attended, you can specify the attendance duration, record their score, and optionally add a note.

You can also download the event’s attendance data as an Excel file.
