This update allows users to switch over to their Schoox mobile app from the desktop environment by scanning the provided QR code. The user will be taken directly into their academy without the need to log in or utilize MFA.
Please Note
- The new Schoox mobile app is required for this feature to work correctly; the process will take the user through the process of downloading the correct app.
- If you would like this feature available in your academy, and do not see the option described below, please ask Support or your representative to enable it.
Switching to Mobile
At the top of the page, within the avatar drop-down menu, there will be a new option — Switch to mobile.
Selecting the option will bring up a modal, where the user can download the correct app from their app store of choice. They will need to point their device's camera at the appropriate QR code to download it.
Once the correct app is downloaded and installed on the user's device, they can then can select Next to proceed.
The QR code on the next page, when scanned, will take them into the new Schoox app.
