Managing Academy Financials

As an admin, there may be times when you need to manage your academy’s financial information. To access financial management tools, navigate to Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Financials.

Within this section, you’ll find three dedicated pages related to your academy’s financial activities:

  • Academy Purchases

  • Academy Income

  • Stripe Settings

Academy Purchases

The Academy Purchases page allows you to review purchases made within your academy.
You can refine the displayed data using the tabs across the top, which adjust the timeline for the transactions shown.

The table on this page provides detailed information in several columns, allowing for an organized view of purchase activity.

It include the following columns:

  • Purchased by
  • Status
  • Total amount
  • Recurring
  • Date
  • Course (link)
  • Payment
  • Quantity
  • and an invoice download button

Academy Income

On the Academy Income page, you can review all income-related transactions.

Filters available on the left side of the page — including Payment Month, Course, Sales Type, and Currency — allow you to narrow down results and analyze data more effectively.

  • Type
  • Transactions
  • Academy's share
  • Total amount
  • Buyer
  • Transaction id
  • Course
  • Paid Amount
  • Quantity
  • Date

Stripe Settings

The Stripe Settings page enables you to connect your organization’s Stripe account for Payments.
