Mark as Complete — New Experience Update

Release Date 19 November

This release updates the Mark as Complete page to better align with the New Experience design language.

This page is an essential tool that allows you to manually mark an individual’s course or learning path progress as completed.

The redesigned Mark as Complete page (accessible via Team Workspace > Self-Paced Training > Mark as Complete) introduces a refreshed layout with enhanced usability and navigation.

The updated page displays a list of courses and learning paths, featuring filters on the left panel and sorting options at the top. While the separate tabs for courses and learning paths remain, a new search function has been added to help you quickly find specific items.

Filters include the relevant training categories associated with each training item, and you can sort the items alphabetically, by creation date, or by last update date.

There are also download and upload buttons for using templates.

The page consists of two main steps:

1. Select Courses / Learning Paths

Choose the training item you’d like to mark as complete.

2. Select Users

You can select users in one of two ways:

  • By Person – Click the plus symbol next to individual names to add them to the selection column on the right.

  • By Criteria – Use your academy’s organizational structure to define parameters and apply the Mark as Complete action efficiently.

Note: The setting “Courses, learning paths, and microlearning without enrollment” under Reporting Visibility Rules does not affect the Mark as Complete functionality for courses and learning paths. Managers will be able to view all courses and learning paths, regardless of whether any learners are enrolled.
