QR Codes for Quick Actions — Part 2 - Scan to Assign

This update is the next step in a series of releases surrounding QR code functionality in the newer Schoox mobile app.

After generating QR codes, managers can now scan them to assign, unassign, and reassign members.

If QR codes is enabled in the academy, managers will now see the QR button in the mobile app, where available. 

Tapping the button allows the manager to scan the member's QR code, and assign them to that training.

Similar notifications will appear if the manager does not have permission to assign the training, or if the member is already assigned.

Tapping the View list button at the bottom of the screen will bring up a list of all members already scanned during this session. When finished, the manager can then tap Next step at the bottom of the list to proceed.
