Standalone On-the-Job Training Management Enhancements

This release is meant to update standalone On-the-Job trainings so that they are more inline with the New Experience design language.

The OJT management pages in the Academy Workspace (Academy Workspace > Training Admin > Manager Training > On-the-Job Training), reflect the filtering, searching, and sorting options found throughout the New Experience. Filtering options include Connection (whether its part of a course or standalone) and Category. Sorting can be done alphabetically and via creation date. Tags above the title of each tell whether it is connected to a course or standalone.

Selecting an On-the-Job training allows for editing the various aspects of the OJT — its tasks, general information, enrolled learners, and more.

Overall functionality has not changed, and should feel very familiar.
