Did any of your academy's members award a badge to a user and then determined that a different badge is more appropriate for their profile? As an administrator, you may be looking for the process to easily revoke that badge, but the option may not be immediately visible to all users.
The ability to revoke a manually awarded badge is generally restricted to the user who performed the original award action.
The platform is designed to allow only the original badge assigner to revoke a badge that was manually awarded.
If the badge was awarded by User A, only User A can revoke it.
If you are an administrator who did not award the badge, you will not see the "Revoke" option on the badge details page.
Locating the Revoke Option
If you are the original assigner, the "Revoke" option is located directly on the badge's details popup:
Locate the Badge: Navigate to the profile of the user who has been awarded the badge.
Access the ePortfolio: In the ePortfolio section, select Go to ePortfolio.
Find the Badge: On the following page, locate the relevant badge.
View Badge Details: Click on the badge to open its detailed view.
Revoke the Badge: The Revoke button is available at the bottom of the badge details modal.
If the original assigner does not see the Revoke button, an Academy Admin can log in as the assigner and complete the action on their behalf.
