Global Notification Settings
Global notifications apply to all courses within your academy. Here's how to enable and configure them:
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
In the Academy Workspace, navigate to Notifications, and then select Reminders.
From the left-hand side of the page, choose General Training as the filter type.
- Enable the appropriate notification type:
- "Your course is due soon"
- "Learners haven't completed a course that's due soon"
- "Course due dates were missed"
- Specify when the reminder should be sent (e.g., set the number of days or hours before the due date).
- Use optional filtering criteria, including job roles and departments, to create a more targeted recipient list.
