Viewing Enrolled vs Available Training in the Learner Workspace

Overview

As an academy admin, you may observe that when browsing the Catalog in the Learner Workspace, not all courses are displayed, even though these courses were previously visible on the Courses page in the Classic Experience. This behavior can feel different at first, but it’s actually part of how the New Experience is designed to help you navigate your training more easily.

What’s Happening

In the New Schoox Experience, the Catalog is designed to show you only the training options you are not currently enrolled in. This includes courses, learning paths, and events that are available for you to explore and join.

If you are already enrolled in a specific training—whether it was self-enrolled or assigned to you—that training will no longer appear in the Catalog.

Instead, it will be available in a dedicated place where you can focus on your progress.

Where to Find Your Enrolled Training

All training that you are already enrolled in can be found in the My Training page of the Learner Workspace. This helps keep your learning journey organized by clearly separating:

  • Available training (Catalog)

  • Assigned or enrolled training (My Training)

Why This Is Helpful

This approach ensures that:

  • You don’t see duplicate entries for the same training

  • The Catalog remains focused on new opportunities

  • Your active learning stays easy to find and manage in one place
