In My Training in the Learner Workspace, there are three tabs — Overview, In Progress, and Completed.
In the In Progress and Completed tabs, what is shown is determined by the filtering, searching, and sorting options provided.
The Overview tab, on the other hand, includes a series of streams, that display related information.
For example, overdue assignments appear in the Overdue stream, while training that has been started but not yet completed appears in the Training in Progress stream.
The Upcoming Due Dates stream displays all assigned, non-completed training items with an upcoming due date.
Sorting options include the following:
- Due date
- Alphabetically
- Progress
Whether a stream stays visible with an empty state message, or is hidden completely when it has no relevant content, depends on your academy's Connected training visibility setting (Academy Workspace > Settings > Training). If your academy always shows connected training, or allows learners to control visibility with connected training shown by default, a stream with no data is hidden completely — no empty state message appears. If your academy allows learners to control visibility with connected training hidden by default, streams stay visible with an empty state message, as described above.
Individuals can also drag and drop the streams to fit their needs.
Streams that may appear include the following:
- Training in progress
- Upcoming Due Dates
- Overdue
- Self enrolled
- My annotations
- My analytic snapshot
- Progress by objective
- Polls
- Upcoming events
