In My Training in the Learner Workspace, there are three tabs — Overview, In Progress, and Completed.
In the In Progress and Completed tabs, what is shown is determined by the filtering, searching, and sorting options provided.
The Overview tab, on the other hand, has a series of dynamic rows, or Streams, that show related information when available.
For example, if there are overdue assignments, they will appear in the Overdue Stream. Any training that has been started, but not yet finished, will appear in the Training in Progress Stream.
These streams appear dynamically — if there is nothing for a stream to display, it will not appear in the list of streams. There is no need for administrators to set up which streams display, as they only appear when needed.
Individuals, however, can drag and drop the streams to fit their needs.
Streams that may appear include the following:
- Training in progress
- Overdue
- Self enrolled
- My annotations
- My analytic snapshot
- Progress by objective
- Polls
- Upcoming events
