Currently hourly workers can be limited in their ability to log in to their academy by restricting their access to only when they are at a specific location. This release offers administrators to open the restrictions to any location that has been deemed acceptable.
This enables users to access geofenced courses regardless of their assigned unit, as long as they are physically located within any of the academy units designated with a "Limit access" configuration.
This release has added a toggle to the Limit Access setting (Academy Workspace > Settings > Training).
When activated, restricted hourly members will be able to access their academy from any location that has been deemed as acceptable, despite the units to which they've been assigned. If this setting is disabled, they will only be able to access the academy at the locations covered by their assigned units.
