This feature is currently marked as Coming Soon. The mobile app home screen will become available once the mobile app supports this functionality.
The HTML Gadget, if active in your academy, can be shown in the mobile app, whether you have the Homepage Workspace enabled in your academy or not. Configuring either choice is accomplished in the Homepage Editor.
To access the Homepage Editor, please follow the steps outlined below.
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.
When in the Academy Workspace, select Academy Admin for all Academy Administration options.
Select Configuration and then General.
In the General page, click on the Homepage editor tab.
If the Homepage Workspace is enabled, you have the option to display different content for the web and mobile versions. To configure this, select the “Show different content for web and mobile app” checkbox.
If the checkbox is not selected, the configured content will be displayed only in the Web app, even if content has been created and saved under the Mobile tab.
The Mobile version is still saved, allowing you to enable separate mobile content at any time. Once you select the checkbox to display different content for web and mobile, the previously saved Mobile content will automatically become visible in the mobile app.
If the Homepage Workspace is not enabled, only the Mobile tab will be available. The web (desktop) version can be configured as it was previously.
If you want to display different content for the Web and the mobile app, ensure that the “Show different content for web and mobile app” checkbox is selected. Otherwise, any content saved under the Mobile tab will not be displayed in the mobile application.
