This release adds the ability to include custom fields when copying courses, learning paths, and events.
Custom fields can be added to courses, learning paths, and events.
Your HRIS, for example, may have additional fields you want to mirror in your academy, or or you may simply want additional fields for organizational purposes.
When copying the course, learning path, or event, the custom fields can now be chosen, along with the other available options.
- All available custom fields are copied; individual fields cannot be chosen.
- Copying fields does not create them in other academies. If copying between academies, the custom fields must already have been created in the second academy. Only fields present in the target academy will be copied.
- Course-connected or learning path-connected event custom fields will not be copied between academies, only within an academy.
- Single offers can be duplicated, and their custom fields will also be copied within an academy.
- While copying learning path, if the Create new instances of the learning paths Courses option is checked, the new courses created within the learning path will also contain the custom fields, if applicable.
