Previously, a learner's performance data was not passed to a new manager; the new manager would not have access to the learner's previous performance reviews.
This release remedies that issue by decoupling the organizational item associated at the time of the performance review. Managers now should be able to review past performance reviews of anyone they manage directly from the Employees Dashboard, whenever needed.
To enable this functionality:
Navigate to Academy Settings.
Use the Development filter to locate the Performance Review setting.
Enable the Show manager performance reviews from past reviewer toggle.
Once enabled, managers can review all historical performance reviews for the learners they currently manage.
Important:
Managers can view performance reviews conducted by previous reviewers only if they have been granted the “Performance Review” permission for the job associated with the relevant Above Unit or Unit, and that Above Unit or Unit is linked to the reviewee’s performance review.
