This enhancement addresses a current gap in the automated assignment rules by adding a configurable option that removes assignments for users who no longer apply to the rule criteria, irregardless of their completion status.
There may be conditions that mandate that learners who have completed the assignment should be removed, as well as those who have not yet completed the assignment. This release adds that option.
When creating or editing an automated assignment rule anywhere in the academy, there will now be a new option connected to Unassign when criteria are not met anymore.
Please note that when this new option is selected while assigning, the three update fields, reflecting the number of employees affected will no longer appear, as this removes that information from the system.
The release also pertains when deleting an automated rule.
The modal that appears will now have an option to unassign learners who have completed the training.
