This release introduces a "Rate Only" configuration option within the create Performance Review Profile or Template page. This feature will allow system administrators and HR teams to create specialized review templates that limit reviewers to providing numerical or scaled ratings only, disabling the ability to submit any free-text comments or qualitative feedback.
This enhancement provides crucial flexibility for organizations operating in highly regulated industries or those aiming to standardize performance data collection across a large, diverse workforce, significantly reducing the potential for subjective bias and legal risk associated with written comments.
This will remove the Review section from the performance review.
