Permissions
This release introduces a configuration option under the "Edit Job" custom job permission that allows users with that permission to assign or modify all job roles — both organizational and custom.
In a custom job's permissions list, two options will now be available under Edit jobs — All jobs and Custom jobs only. Only one option can remain selected at any one time, not both; either All jobs or Custom jobs only.
This will allow those with that job to edit custom jobs only or all jobs associated with their above unit or unit.
Reporting and Auditing
In the Permissions Report in the Report Builder, there is now an optional Edit jobs field that will display True or False, depending on whether that custom job has either one of these options enabled.
Audits will also alsoi show when the permissions have been adjusted.
