When you generate a Courses report that includes external course assignments created in another academy, the Assigner Firstname and Assigner Lastname fields may appear empty.
Explanation
Assigner information is only displayed when the assigner is an active and accessible user within the academy where you are viewing the report.
For example, if a course was assigned in Academy B and you generate the report from Academy A, the assigner details will not populate unless the assigner is also active in Academy A.
This behavior helps maintain appropriate user visibility across academies.
