This release enhances the template used to upload assignments and to mark courses as complete to include external courses, as well.
On the Assign page (Team Workspace > Self-Paced Training > Assign Training), there is now a new option in the download drop-down menu — Download a list of your coupon and external courses.
It will contain each coupon and external course type, course ID, and title.
The assignment template will now accept the course IDs found in this file.
License Handling
If Auto-assign package licenses = ON, system assigns licenses to users until they run out (where first users get priority).
If Auto-assign = OFF, users must already have an assigned license to proceed.
License allocation and exhaustion always follow file order (where first users get priority).
Coupon Handling
If coupon quota = available, system assigns coupon course to users until they run out (where first users get priority).
If coupon quota = exhausted, no assignment is performed.
Coupon quota exhaustion follows file order (where first users get priority).
