Register to Multiple Events at Once

Release date 27 May

This release is designed to eliminate manual, one-off registration clicks by allowing those with the Invite/register members or Register team members to events permissions to register many users across multiple event offers simultaneously using a single spreadsheet upload. This shifts a high-volume, repetitive task into an efficient, scalable, and automated background process, drastically improving administrative speed and accuracy for large enrollment campaigns.

Templates

There are two templates available on the Instructor-Led Training page (Team Workspace > Instructor Led Training), based on whether or not the user has the Manage Participants permission.

  • Full Template (9 Fields): For users with "Manage Participants" (includes attendance/score fields).
  • Basic Template (5 Fields): For users without "Manage Participants" (registration fields only).

For Admins OR Training managers with both “Invite/register members” and “Manage Participants” permissions OR Custom roles with both “Register team members to events” and “Manage Participants” permissions:

  • Offer ID
  • Event type
  • User ID
  • External ID
  • Email
  • Attended
  • Score
  • User Evaluation
  • Attended minutes

For Training managers with only “Invite/register members” permission AND Custom roles with only “Register team members to events” permission(Meaning that TM or Custom role don’t have “Manage Participants” permission):

  • Offer ID
  • Event type
  • User ID
  • External ID
  • Email

Once the template has been filled out and uploaded, the system will check for errors.

Notification

The Your bulk event import was successful or failed notification (Academy Workspace > Notifications > Academy) will provide the uploader the confirmation of success or failure.

It will have a link where the recipient can download a copy of the uploaded template with three extra columns added.

  • Register User Status → Two possible values “Success” or “Failed”
  • Change Attendance Data Status → Two possible values “Success” or “Failed”
  • Error Message → Displays the detailed error message
