Pre-Event Questionnaire Completion for Registered Event Attendees

This release adds a form that includes several fields (text and select list), which will be one form per user per event that can be updated as needed and filled in before the event begins.

When creating an event's questionnaire, a new option will appear, allowing the questionnaire to be filled out from the team member's registration date onward.

The option cannot be changed after saving the questionnaire.

The questionnaire will be available to the event participant via the event's notification link, as well as in the Learner Workspace event's page. The participant can re-open the questionnaire as long as it is within the questionnaire's expiration date. If there is not expiration date, the participant can access and make modifications to it indefinitely. Previous responses will remain, but be overwritten by any subsequent submissions.
