Currently, when a large number of learners are registered to an event (In-class or Virtual), it may take some time to process. This enhancement will clarify the existing communication, as well as add a new message to help ensure clarity throughout the process.
When registering participants, either individually or by criteria, a new pop-up notification will appear in the top-right corner, explaining that the registration process could take a few minutes.
Then, when the registration process is complete in the background, a new pop-up will appear communicating the completion.
There will also be a notification in the list at the top of the page.
Selecting this notification will take the user into the event's registrants list.
Note: When registering learners using the By Criteria tab, the in-app notification indicates that the system is currently registering the selected team members, rather than displaying a specific number of learners as it does when registering through the By Person tab.
