This release introduces a dedicated Development dashboard in My Team Dashboard (Team Workspace > My Team Dashboard) with separate pages for each development feature, designed to align with the New Experience design language.
Overall Enhancements
The left side menu under My Team Dashboard now consolidates all the various development-focused areas into one central Development option.
They all now exist as their own pages, with navigation to each appearing at the top of the page.
Only those elements enabled in your academy will appear here.
As per the large New Experience design language, each page will include filtering and searching options, where and as applicable.
Selecting the row will lead to a page with more details on the subject of that row.
Skills
The Skills area retains the key legacy views users rely on today. These views help users understand skill coverage, skill expectations by job, and assessment gaps that may require development action.
Performance Reviews
Performance Reviews introduces a new dashboard area focused on review activity and outcomes. users can better understand reviewer participation and review progress across review cycles or review items.
Goals
The Goals area continues to support existing team and organizational goal views, while adding a supervisor-focused view to help users understand ownership, follow-up, and progress across reporting lines.
Coaching
The Coaching area carries forward the existing views in the redesigned dashboard, allowing users to review coaching activity by session volume, coach involvement, and topics addressed.
Career Paths
Career Paths brings the information available in the legacy dashboard into the new Development dashboard experience, preserving continuity while improving organization and consistency.
