Reporting on Skills in the Report Builder

The Report Builder includes a dedicated Skills report type with five reports that help you see how skills are mapped across your academy and how learners are progressing on them. This section is available only to users and custom roles that hold both the “Report builder” and “Assess team members’ skills” permissions, with two of the reports only available to administrators.

Navigation

In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Team Workspace. Select Reporting and then select Report Builder. In the Report Builder, select the Skills report type to see all five reports below.

Skill Assessments Report

This report replaces the previous Manual Assessments Report. It now covers assessments from managers, online training, and self-assessments for skills in a single report, instead of just manager assessments.

If your academy was already using the old Manual Assessments Report, you are migrated to this report automatically, with the Assessment Type filter pre-set to Manager so any existing scheduled or saved view keeps showing the same data by default until you choose to widen it.[KB Product Releases Automation · ISTA-57222]
