This enhancement connects coaching sessions more directly to a learner's career development journey.
Administrators and managers can associate coaching sessions with one or more jobs and, when Skills are
enabled, with one or more skills. Learners then see coaching opportunities that are more relevant to the job
they are exploring or following in Career Paths.
- Coaching sessions can be connected to specific jobs and skills, making sessions easier to position as
targeted development opportunities. - Learners can see associated jobs and skills on coaching session details, giving them better context before
joining or requesting a session. - Team workspace users can view the same association information on session details, supporting clearer
coaching management and follow-up. - New filtering options help teams find coaching sessions by associated jobs or associated skills.
- Career Paths can surface coaching that is relevant to the learner's current or followed job, using job and skill associations where available.
Associating Jobs and Skills to Coaching Sessions
When creating a session, you now have drop-down menus to select skills and jobs associated with the session.
Select the appropriate items, select map at the bottom of the modal...
...and they will be added to the respective list.
Learner Experience
The Learner, then, can review their Coaching overview details under Learner Workspace > Development > Career.
