Your Analytics page in the Learner Workspace has a clearer landing page, a more useful Summary view, and several buckets you've been asking for -- Vignettes, Onboarding, a dedicated Compliance tab, Coaching, and Career Paths -- all built to match the richer dashboard view your managers already use. Along the way, a handful of long-standing rough edges are fixed too: the download option is easier to find, credit numbers are more reliable, and the Career Paths bucket behaves more predictably.
A Reorganized Analytics Space
The Analytics landing page is simpler: the intro text is shorter, the main button is now called Analytics overview, and both it and the Assignments tile take you straight to a new Summary view with your key stats up front. The old Assessments insights tile is gone -- that data now lives in the Skill Development bucket. Everything else is organized into four tabs: Summary, Training, Compliance, and Development.
New in Training: Microlearning, Onboarding, and Vignettes
Three buckets join the Training tab for the first time: Microlearning, Onboarding, and Vignettes -- each with the same kind of progress list and detail view you already know from Courses and Exams. Across Training buckets, launching a course, learning path, or micro-course is now one click away from its three-dot menu, and the download option for exporting your data is easier to spot.
A New Compliance Tab
Compliance training now has its own home: a Compliance tab with Courses and Learning Paths buckets scoped specifically to your compliance training, so you no longer need to filter by Objective inside the general Training buckets to find it.
New in Development: Coaching and Career Paths
The Development tab gains two buckets: Coaching, giving you an overview of your coaching sessions, and Career Paths, giving you an overview of the jobs in your career path. Skill Development and Performance Reviews also get more detail: the Assessment Gaps widget is sorted by largest gap first, and Performance Reviews now filters cleanly by type and state and only shows the reviews your academy has made visible to you.
More Reliable Credits and Exports
Credit calculations across Training buckets are corrected so your certification and compliance numbers can be trusted, and exported reports now use consistent column sets between your Analytics page and the rest of Schoox.
