Opening a performance review PDF is now quicker. A new Download PDF icon button on the review lists lets learners, managers, reviewers, and approvers open a review's PDF directly, without opening each review first.
Download PDF from the review lists
The icon appears on each eligible review in Learner Workspace > Development > Performance Reviews, Team Workspace > Performance Reviews > Team Performance Reviews (Open and Completed tabs), and Team Workspace > Performance Reviews > My approvals. Selecting it opens the PDF in a new browser tab, with the same data and formatting as the PDF inside the review.
Visibility that matches the review
Each person sees the icon only where they can already open the review PDF. For example, a learner does not see it on a draft self-review, while reviewers and managers see it on every Team Performance Reviews state.
A refreshed Download PDF button on the Review Summary page
The existing Download PDF button on the Review Summary page has a new look: an outlined button with a download icon. It works exactly as before.
