Enabling Event Questionnaires in Your Academy

Questionnaires help you obtain organized feedback from participants. Whereas polls address trends across an audience, questionnaires help administrators and instructors find areas to better the experience.

To utilize questionnaires in your events, your academy must have it enabled. This is a two step process.

Step One: Activate the Questionnaire Feature

This feature is not active in academies by default. To activate the feature in your academy, contact support or your representative and ask them to activate it.

Step Two: Enable the Questionnaire Feature in Your Academy

In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Academy Workspace.

When in the Academy Workspace, select Training Admin for all Training Administration options. 

Select Settings and then select Control Panel.

Under Questionnaire, toggle the option to Yes, and Save.

Participants will either be assigned the questionnaire after the event or have the opportunity to complete it in the event's questionnaire tab.
