Configuring Your Academy's Goals and Performance Reviews Structure

You, as an Admin, can easily define who will participate in the Goals Management and/or Performance Reviews feature.

Select the Development Admin Workspace. Under Settings on the left, select Organizational Settings.

  

Please note that you will only be able to access this page if Goals Management or Performance Reviews are enabled on the academy.

You can use the filter to display the Above Unit Types, Units, or Jobs.

Performance Reviews Column

This column will only be displayed if Performance Reviews are enabled in your Academy. 

On this column, if you check a(n): 

  • Above unit type: The users with a managerial job on the above unit of that type who have the relevant permission assigned will be eligible as reviewers or reviewees on performance reviews profiles.

  • Unit: The users with managerial jobs on the specific unit who have the relevant permission assigned will be eligible as reviewers or reviewees on performance reviews profiles.

  • Job: The users with the specific job, will be eligible as reviewers or reviewees on performance reviews profiles.

Assigning Goals Column

This column will only be displayed if Goals are enabled in your Academy. 

On this column, if you check a(n): 

  • Above unit type: The users with a managerial job on the above unit of that type who have the relevant permission assigned will be eligible as creators or assignees on Goals.

  • Unit: The users with a managerial job on the specific unit who have the relevant permission assigned will be eligible as creators or assignees on Goals.

  • Job: The users with the specific job, will be eligible as creators or assignees on Goals.

Note: If an Above Unit, Unit, or Job is unselected, the users associated with them will still be able to see the Performance functionality as an option in general. They just won't be eligible as reviewers or reviewees on performance reviews profiles.
