Announcements appear in their gadgets on the Learner, Team, and Academy Admin homepages, as well as via email, if the individual has added theirs to their profile.
There are three types of announcements:
- Academy Announcements
- Course Announcements
- Learning Path Announcements
Academy Announcements
Admins and training managers can send announcements to all members, to individuals or to specific groups.
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Team Workspace.
When in the Team Workspace, select Academy Announcements.
Course and Learning Path Announcements
You can send announcements relating to a course or learning path to all learners, only to those who have completed it. or only to those who haven’t.
In the left navigation, make sure you are in the Team Workspace.
When in the Team Workspace, select Self-Paced Training and then select Training Announcements.
Select the Course or Learning Path tab, and then choose the specific learning path or course from the list.
You can choose between an individual announcements or announcements made based on certain criteria, and you can also filter the results to send this announcement to All students, to those who have completed the course or to those who have not completed it yet.
