Login Page Redesign for New Experience

Release Date 2 April

Note: This feature is ONLY available for those who have fully switched to the New Schoox Experience. If your academy has the toggle switch still enabled, the older login page will be used.  More on this at the end of the article.

This release introduces a newly designed login page, and updates the login page editor to align with the new branding functionality.

Custom Login Page

As an administrator, you are able to create custom login pages for your academy — when they log in to your academy this is the page they will see. For those that belong to multiple academies, they will see the login page associated with the academy they've chosen as their landing page.

Opening the Login Page Editor

While on the branding page (Academy Workspace > Academy Admin > Settings > General > Academy Branding), the Login page section is located in the bottom right corner. To adjust your custom login page, select Open editor.

You will see what your login page currently looks like. To make changes to it, select Open editor in the top-right corner.

Making Adjustments

On the right, you are able to make adjustments, and you will be able to preview the changes in real time. Changes will be automatically saved when the Back to academy button is selected.

Note: The organizational logo referenced here is the same rectangular logo as uploaded on the main branding page. Your logo will not appear if you have not uploaded it there first.

Brand Login Pages

If your academy has made any Above Unit brands, the login page for each can also be adjusted.

Select the associated Edit Brand.

Deselect Same as academy in the Login page section, and open the editor.

Note: If your academy still utilizes the toggle switch to move back and forth between Classic Schoox and the New Experience, any changes you make to the Classic login page will remain in the new login page. Changes made in the new login page editor will only affect the new login page.
