You are able to select specific skills that are important in your organization, and then associate, or map, those skills with specific course work and jobs. When learners gain proficiencies in those skills taking related course work, it may lead to opportunities with associated jobs.
You are not only able to add these important skills to your academy manually, but also using Artificial Intelligence, if enabled in your academy.
This release enhances the functionality of how AI obtains the proper information in order to suggest skills more reliably for your particular needs.
This release adds the step of including your organizations name (as opposed to just your academy name), as well as the industry that best fits your organization. Also added in this release is the ability for AI to find duplicates when suggesting skills.
Among other minor enhancements, this allows for more precise skill suggestions, and ultimately a more efficient process overall. Please see the article below for more more information.
