Your Academy's Workspaces

In your the default academy configuration, there are four main workspaces — Learner, Social, Team, and Academy. They can be found on the left-hand side of each page in your academy. A workspace is only available to those given the permission to view its options.

Workspaces are meant to help you focus on specific types of tasks by limiting the options available in any one area.

WS-Learner.png  Learner — YOUR learning (your assignments, available coursework to you)

WS-Social.png  Social — Social aspects of Academy (groups, feeds, gamification)

WS-Team.png  Team— Taking care of your team (assignments, reporting, announcements)

WS-Academy.png  Academy 

 
  • Academy Admin —  General academy administration (adding members, permissions, settings)
  • Training Admin — Creating training content (courses, learning paths, settings)
  • Development Admin — Promoting learners’ careers (performance, goals, settings)
