Invite Learners — New Experience Update

This update enhances the Invite Learners page to align with the New Experience design language, offering a more intuitive and consistent user experience.

At times, you may identify a course or learning path that could be valuable to your learners. In such cases, you might want to make it available without assigning it as mandatory training. The Invite Learners page provides an easy way to invite learners to enroll in these training items.

The redesigned Invite Learners page, accessible via Team Workspace > Self-Paced Training > Invite Learners, introduces a modernized layout focused on improved usability and streamlined navigation.

The updated page displays a list of courses and learning paths, with filters available on the left panel and sorting options at the top. It also retains the separate tabs for courses and learning paths and introduces a search function to help you quickly locate specific items.

Filters include the relevant training categories associated with each training item, and you can sort the items alphabetically, by creation date, or by last update date.

The page consists of two main steps:

1. Select Courses / Learning Paths

Choose the training item you wish to invite learners to.

2. Select Users

You can select users in one of two ways:

  • By Person – Click the plus symbol next to individual names to add them to the selection column on the right.

  • By Criteria – Use your academy’s organizational structure to define parameters and apply the Invite Learners action efficiently.
